Private fees
There is a range of services which we provide which are not covered by the NHS and for which we charge a fee. A complete list of charges is displayed in reception and may also be accessed from this website. These services include parking permits and private medical insurance forms, some travel vaccinations and employment medicals.

Our rate for Private work is £100 per hour. Each piece of work undertaken will be priced on a case by case basis depending on the time taken to complete, however typical examples are shown below:

| Private certificate (sick note) | £25 |
| Completion of Childminder Health Form (Fee paid by childminder) | £87.50 |
| Form AH2 (Update report on parent/carer) | £50.00 |
