Dr Terence Quirke (Male)Dr Terry Quirke grew up and qualified in London. After completing his GP training he worked initially in south-west London. He has recently returned from living in New Zealand. He is working on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at Grand Union Health Centre.
Dr Edward Cairns MRCGP (Male)Dr Cairns graduated from Imperial College Medical School after having grown up in Wigan. He will be working Monday, Wednesday Thursday and Friday at the Grand Union. He has a specialist interest in Paediatrics and Sexual Health Medicine. He is going to start doing contraceptive implants for our patients from October 2018.
Dr Anna Martin (Female)Dr Martin joined the Grand Union Health Centre in October 2017. Her working days are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
Dr Rupal Patel (Female) MRCGPDr Rupal Patel is originally from Lancashire and in October 2018 has relocated to London. She has a special interest in women's health. She will be working at the Grand Union on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Dr Christina Hennessey MCRGP, DCH, DRCOG, DTM&HChristina qualified in Edinburgh and then worked as a GP and travel doctor for 15 years. Since returning to London she has worked in a variety of clinical and management medical roles as well as General Practice. She works at Grand Union on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Dr Nick Ambatzis (Male)Dr Nick Ambatzis has joined us from the Bayswater Medical Centre. He has worked there for the last four years and he looks forward to welcoming patients now at Grand Union Health Centre. He will be working Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
Dr Ilektra Adamidou (Female)Dr Adamidou studied medicine in Greece and completed her GP training as part of the North West Deanery. She is working on Monday and Tuesday mornings and Wednesday, Thursday and Friday all day.
Dr Judy Tate BSc, MBBS, DA, DFFP, MRCGP (Female)Originally from Gateshead, Dr Tate trained at the Royal London Hospital Medical College. After qualifying and training as a GP she worked for two years in Queensland, Australia before returning to London. Away from work she enjoys travelling and photography.
Dr Jonathan Fluxman MRCGP (Male)Dr Fluxman took over the Harrow Road Health Centre is 1995. He has been responsible for the Health Centre's growth both in terms of list size and diversity of services from that of a small single handed practice to that of a state of the art health and community centre for local people. Dr Fluxman has a special interest in mental health and substance misuse. Dr Fluxman was also until recently the Chair of the local practice based commissioning cluster. He is currently a member of the executive of our local GP Federation.
Dr Naomi Katz MRCGP (Female)General Practitioner Dr Naomi Katz grew up in North West London and graduated from University College Hospital. She joined the New Elgin practice in 2008. She is Vice Chair of the West London Commissioning Consortium which looks after the 50 GP practices locally and commissions Imperial Hospitals, Chelsea and Westminster Hospitals and our communty providers. She has an interest in Paediatrics and Women's Health. When not at work she loves spending time with her three small children.
Dr Bola Ogunleye MD (Lagos 1989) MBBS (Female)Dr Ogunleye studied Medicine in Lagos, Nigeria and has worked in the UK since 1994. She worked in General Medicine and Oncology before moving to General Practice in 2003. She joined Harrow Road Health Centre in 2005 and have an interest in Child and Women's Health. Outside of the practice, She enjoys cooking and baking for her friends and family.
Dr Clara Joseph MRCGP (Female)Dr Joseph works at the Grand Union Health Centre Monday Wednesday and Thursdays. Dr Joseph studied Medicine at the University of Sheffield and completed her GP training in August 2016 as part of the Oxford Deanery. She has an interest in Women's Health and Family Planning. She works 3 days a week and is also involved with a health startup company. (Dr Joseph is currently on maternity leave - Dec 2017)
