Late Patient Policy

Patients should arrive on time for their appointments. When booking, consider your travel time. Each appointment includes a 10-minute consultation. We understand that delays can happen. If a patient arrives within a reasonable time, the clinician will see them.

If patients arrive more than 10 minutes late, they miss their appointment. They will need to rebook for another day. This rule helps prevent delays and ensures fairness for those who arrive on time.

A call ahead to say they will be late does not change this policy.
