I would like to thank all the staff, including doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and receptionists, for all the care and comfort they provide. I am grateful to all of them, and this is the vote of thanks they deserve. May you be well.

I only have praise for the staff, nurses and doctors who work at Grand Union Health Centre. I feel well looked after and consider myself lucky to be one of their patients.
They have all been very kind and meticulous, starting from the receptionists, to well practiced nurses and pharmacists, and excellent doctors. The disabled lift allows me to reach the first and second floor. I am a very grateful patient.

Me and my family registered here 3 years ago. We had a very bad experience with previous surgery . The grand union is the best surgery i have ever seen.
Same day appointment is the best point.. no queues, no long waiting on phone calls are required to have an appointment. Via NHS app it's super convenient.
Referral for my daughter was so quick can't believe.. really I would recommend this surgery...

I have been a patient for over 60 years. The surgery and all its associated staff are just unbelievable. To be able to ring and have an appointment within 24hours in this day and age is almost unbelievable. And yet it happens. Kind, helpful and clear explanations of symptoms and treatment are exemplary. Thank you one and all

I’ve had a wonderful experience with my GP. They are always professional, attentive, and genuinely care about my well-being. Their thoroughness in addressing concerns and explaining treatment options has made me feel confident and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

My wife and I have had excellent care from this surgery for well over 15 years. Every encounter with a member of the team is met with friendliness, courtesy and sound advice. When they say they’ll ring you back, they do so and on time. We regularly now receive texts advising us of tests for which we qualify and the tests and follow-up all happen as planned. We feel very lucky and looked after by this terrifically well run surgery
