Our Clinicians
We have a range of different Clinicians at Grand Union Health Centre.
They are all here to help provide you with timely and effective care. They work as a team, meet regularly and all see different conditions.

Our Clinicians include:
Doctors
Our GPs are highly-trained and experienced generalist Doctors. They have all worked in the NHS for a number of years and are able to examine and diagnose common illnesses, manage complex or long-term conditions, issue prescriptions and Fit Notes and make referrals to specialists. We are a training practice, and have trainees from a number of different hospitals. They are all qualified doctors who are specialising in become GPs.
Pharmacists
As well as managing our Repeat Prescription processes and ensuring safe and high quality prescribing practices across our service, our Pharmacists can diagnose and treat many minor illnesses. Many of our team also have specialist training in a particular area of practice such as Asthma Hypertension or Diabetes. Our Pharmacists can advise you on your medications and issue prescriptions when needed.
Allied Health Care Professionals
We have 3 types of allied Health Care professionals at Grand Union; Physician Assistants, Paramedics, and Nurses who have done advanced training in General Practice.
Nursing Team
Our Clinic Nursing Team are experts in managing vaccinations, health checks, wounds and dressings, chronic disease reviews, blood and other tests and much more. The Team consists of Nurses, Health Care Assistants and Phlebotomists.
