Blog 3: Online Access and the NHS App
Grand Union is offering all their patients to be registered for Online Services so that they can manage their health more easily.
Once registered they will need to download the NHS app, and then they can request appointments, view tmedical records and request prescriptions.
You can have the NHS app – and not have online access – that means you can not view your records or request all your prescriptions.
You can have online access – and not use the NHS app. We do not recommend the other apps, such as System1 online, myGP or Airmid - as you can not see if our appointments being offered are face to face or telephone appointments.
That is why we recommend that you have both Online Access and the NHS app.
To get the nhs app please go to the app store on your device.
